Useful Information:

Stainless Steel 310 is an heat resisting astentic steel with high resistance to scaling oxidation. Its high content of chromium and nickel superior resistance to oxidation. This high steel alloy is combined with better creep properties and high strength at exalted temperatures. It combines outstanding high temperature properties along with good weldability and ductility. These austentic stainless steels have low yield strength and comparatively high tensile strength. This high steel alloy increases its strength and harness bu cold working.

Stainless Steel 310, combining excellent high temperature properties with good weldability and ductility, is designed for high temperature service. SS 310 resists oxidation in continuous service at temperatures up to 1150°C provided reducing sulfur gases are not present. SS 310 is also used for intermittent service at temperatures up to 1040°C.
